Way back in late 2006 (light years in BizLab time), following weeks of debate, we painstakingly chose our five values. We didn't just select words that looked good glued to a wall in our lobby. Rather, we settled on the five values that we believed most authentically reflected the essence of who we are.
Our team strives to daily live our values in each behavior, decision, and customer interaction. That does not mean we are perfect. We certainly fall short at times. But we can say with integrity that we are committed to the responsibility of measuring our actions against these five timeless values.
