BizLab is a Meritocracy. We reward based on performance. That stands in stark contrast to government jobs and unions. It does not matter how long someone has been at BizLab, who their friends are, or even what their last name is.
We reward outstanding performance in many different ways: More compensation, bigger bonuses, promotions, opportunity to champions initiatives, invitations to conferences, public recognition, special prizes, leadership development workshops, etc.
We are not interested in how many extra hours a person works. We value what they can produce during business hours. We want teammates who continually help make our systems more efficient. We reward teammates who produce more quantity and higher quality in less time.
