Randy Godsell

Randy's relationship with BizLab started as a financial advisor for the company's president, Jeff Hughes. The two quickly realized that they held similar values in terms of how a business should be run. When Jeff decided he wanted BizLab to expand into ethical financial services aimed at fulfilling client goals while minimizing risk, he knew that Randy was the only person he would want to partner with in this venture.

Randy brings over 20 years of investment and financial planning to Godsell & Hughes Financial Inc. He has worked with big name financial firms like Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch, as well as smaller, boutique firms. Randy strongly believes in BizLab's core value of integrity and internalizes this concept by listening to each client's objectives, laying out realistic goals and following through on every promise made. Furthermore, Randy firmly believes that each client, no matter their size, deserves equal attention from his staff.

Randy lives in the suburbs of Milwaukee with his wife Ann. They have two sons, ages 8 and 10. Randy's greatest passion outside of work is being involved in their lives and helping to shape the men they will one day become. Randy also takes great pride in his activity and involvement within his church. Despite his busy schedule, Randy always makes time to squeeze in the occasional game of tennis.

Randy graduated with an MS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
