For some, office parties are nothing but a source of anxiety and dread. There's a lot to worry about: Awkward silences, inescapable conversations about the Jenkins account, that guy from accounts receivable who always ends up with a lampshade on his head . . . .
At BizLab, we have a different take on celebrations. We work hard to win together, and (justifiably) we love to celebrate together. Best of all, no one ever ends up with a lampshade on their head . . . except for that one time, but we try not to talk about that.
